Favourite Colour Scheme?
I love green, brown, white and of course touches of gold and silver.
Ultimate 3 Guests?
This is so hard to decide, especially only three guests! I would make this one very 80s and have Freddie Mercury, George Michael and David Bowie.
Easy Festive Centrepiece?
A tureen, rose bowl, silver vase, porcelain or glass, can all be made into a beautiful centrepiece by adding flowers, nuts or fruits. For example, clementines are highly decorative and a symbol of the saint’s generosity.
For years, I have collected antique mirror table centrepieces. They are not hard to find and really elevate the look. They reflect the candlelight and add that extra twinkling magic.
How To Serve Food?
We serve food at the table, family style. I collect porcelain, and I love bringing out the many platters, stands and tureens I’ve been acquiring over the years. I like adding herbs, leaves and fruits on them to present the food.
The Final Touch?
Flowers, candles and étagères of candied fruits, marzipan and sweets.
